As the automatic workforce management system records each and everything required by the accounts and human resource department through the use of barcode badges having complete information of the employee, biometrics using biosensors of hands fingerprints or facial, magnetic strip cards and touch screen. Now when ever the employee or labor unit enters or leaves the company he/she has to show his/her card or biometrics to the machine installed at the entrance of the company and then the doors of the company are opened or closed for them. So now when the employee or labor unit entered or left the company is recorded in the most efficient way and with confidence.</p>

<p>The data accumulated from the machine is then used by the accounts and human resource department at the time of payment of employees and labor unit.
